Now Hiring - Inside Sales Administrator in Woburn, MA

The Inside Sales Administrator will have a key role in helping us to achieve our aggressive sales goals. This individual will provide support for our Outside Sales Team and Product Specialists ensuring impeccable, all-around customer service. Candidates should be goal-oriented and have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices. We are seeking someone who thrives on a team and is committed to success.

Responsibilities:

• Work with sales staff in creating and issuing responses for requests for quotes and orders using standard price and delivery terms while maintaining profit margins

• Responsible for processing customer orders – reviews for correct price, part number, configuration and description

• Manage standard customer inquiries concerning order status, ship dates, price quotes, availability and related questions

• Support and work with sales/product specialists to ensure timely delivery, pricing, payment, etc.

• Receive incoming sales calls for business products and handle will calls at local branch

• Process customer/vendor returns and price corrections

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM system

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• B. S .degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field preferred

• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or relevant role.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred

• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Team-player mindset with high level of dedication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
